EIL Global is seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support at a client site in Perth, Australia. The role focuses on end-user hardware and software troubleshooting, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and rapid incident resolution.

Responsibilities include Level 1–2 onsite support, desk-side troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and peripherals, Windows OS and Office 365 support, and coordination with remote teams for escalations.
