Coles Group is seeking a Senior Data Governance Lead within the Commercial Transformation team to establish and operationalise the Product Data Management & Governance framework across the Merchandise domain. You will partner with BUs and senior stakeholders to implement data governance principles in a large, complex business.

You will lead a team of 6 direct reports, prioritise initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while enabling data-driven decisions.
