Kmart Group is seeking an Accessibility and Inclusion Advisor on a 6 month fixed-term contract in Victoria. The role focuses on coordinating accessibility initiatives, delivering practical workplace adjustments, and partnering with internal teams and external providers to drive inclusive outcomes.

You will assess workplaces, advise on equipment and software accessibility, manage subsidies, and develop training resources to strengthen disability confidence across Kmart and Target teams.
