The Role

Please note this is a dual role for Cleaning and laundry.You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.

- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
- Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
- Dusting, polishing and general tidying
- Cleaning bathroom facilities
- Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
- Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
- Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable
- Willingness to take direction from others
- Reliability and shift flexibility
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Pre employment checks; complete a National Police Check
