Established in 1878, Buln Buln Primary School is a welcoming and vibrant school located just 7 kilometres north of Warragul, in the picturesque West Gippsland region. Teaching and Learning

With an enrolment of approximately 158 students across eight classrooms, Buln Buln Primary School provides a friendly, connected learning environment where every student is known, valued and supported.

Our dedicated team of 13 teachers and 14 education support and administrative staff, including an Assistant Principal, works collaboratively to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

We are committed to high-quality teaching, continuous improvement and ongoing professional development. Through evidence-based teaching practices and a supportive approach, we encourage every student to develop confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

Students also participate in a range of specialist programs, including:

- Visual Arts Encouraging creativity, imagination and self-expression.
- Japanese Developing language skills and cultural understanding.
- Performing Arts Building confidence, creativity and collaboration.
- Physical Education Promoting physical activity, teamwork and healthy lifestyles.
