About the role:

Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.

Other requirements:

- Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work workplace
- Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching & development
- Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Sound computer skills
- Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
- Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock.
- (This is a hands-on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
- Availability to work alternating weekends
- Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
- No Automotive experience? No worries Bring your personality, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to learn and we'll take care of the rest with all the training you need to succeed.
