IKEA Australia is seeking an Operations Manager (Fulfilment & Logistics) to lead a large operational team and drive performance and continuous improvement across inbound, outbound and service operations. This permanent, full time role requires availability for a 4am–9pm schedule, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will manage resources, coach staff, foster collaboration with transport partners, and ensure customer-centric fulfilment excellence.
