About the role

Our Officeworks Bunbury store is looking for energetic and motivated team members to join our teams working across the store including in replenishment, technology, print and create and customer service in a variety of casual or 3-month fixed term contract roles from approx. November until early Feb 2027. These roles require flexibility across a range of operating hours on weekdays and weekends.

As a valued member of our team, you won’t just be helping customers, you’ll be delivering exceptional service by truly understanding their needs and providing expert advice across our wide range of products and services. You'll be a trusted advisor, a solutions-based seller, and a proud brand ambassador who takes pride in every customer interaction.

About you

We are looking for someone who is seeking the security of fixed hours and is a motivated, customer-focused team member with strong communication skills. We would love to find someone who is hands-on, eager to learn current skills, and willing to work across all departments within the store.

We would prefer that you have:

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential.)

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

An enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.

The ability to assist customers with product selection and enquiries.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, late nights, and school holiday periods.
