Canterbury College Fortior Fellowship offers final-year education students a hands-on start to teaching in a contemporary independent school. Participants observe, progressively contribute, and engage in classroom practice and wider College life, with paid employment and skilled mentoring.
As part of the program, fellows complete one practicum placement at Canterbury and then participate in team-teaching experiences.
