Aurum Contractingis a privately owned, Civil company looking for Labourers, for an immediate start, to join our team on a solar construction project approximately 10 mins south of Mt Isa QLD. Rosters are 21/7 with a fatigueday, with a fortnightly pay cycle, working a 10 hour days. Long term work. Notes: This is not a casual on-call role you will work each day of the roster, these roles are NOT Brisbane based we are seeking locals within a 15 minute drive of Mount Isa, Resumes which don't meet this criteria will be rejected.

Essential skills and experience

- 2-5 Years in the civil construction industry not building
- General all rounder with labouring experience
- Current drivers license Note: license validity checks will be performed
- Construction White Card
- Comfortable working for a privately owned business
- All training and inductions provided




- Ability and willingness to undertake online and face to face training and inductions
- Robust safety awareness
- Ability to provide documented proof of right to work in Australia

Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol testing and health screening

Must have a ‘smart phone’

Job tasks and responsibilities

Perform all tasks relating to labouring activities as directed by the site supervisor e.g.:

- Work as part of a team in various works
- Maintains tidy work area (safety)
- Ability to complete all physical tasks related to heavy physical work.
- Ability and willingness to follow direction from the Site Supervisor or Project Manager

RII plant tickets e.g.Excavator, Skid Steer, Loader, HR, HC, license
