Sharp & Carter is seeking a hands-on Rostering Product Owner to optimise UKG Pro WFM across multiple hospitality venues in Sydney. You’ll drive rostering efficiency, balancing casual and part time staff, and translate data into smarter rostering decisions.

You’ll partner with People & Culture and finance leaders, own UKG Pro WFM configuration, ensure Awards compliance, and spend busy periods on the floor with venues to understand rostering in practice.
