Upper Hunter Shire Council is seeking a Resource Recovery Operator based in Aberdeen to operate and maintain plant and equipment at the Aberdeen Waste Management Facility. You will support weighbridge operations, assist customers, and help maintain a protected, clean site while contributing to recycling and resource recovery initiatives.

This permanent full‑time role offers a true 38‑hour week, with overtime opportunities, generous leave, and career development through training.
