Are you a friendly, confident people-person who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Officer to join a busy and supportive team through to Christmas Eve, with the opportunity to remain in the role in a permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors and enquiries
- Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people
- Assist with administrative and customer support tasks
- Maintain accurate records and utilise internal systems

About You

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, personable and skilled approach
- Confident engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- IT proficiency and ability to learn new systems




- Reliable and committed to completing the full assignment

Assignment Details

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Commencing Monday, 2 November
- Induction/handover required this Thursday and/or Friday
- Assignment running through to Christmas Eve
