With a full-time Leasing Consultant, Receptionist, and another Property Manager by your side, you'll have the backing to focus on what you do best!

The Role
You'll take ownership of a 200 property portfolio, with the support to deliver a high standard of service without being stretched across every aspect of property management. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing landlord and tenant relationships, including onsite meetings when required
- Overseeing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy notices




- Conducting routine and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and resolving tenancy issues
- Issuing breach notices and managing compliance matters
- Attending open homes as required
- Making considered decisions that protect landlord interests and support long-term portfolio performance

About You

- 10+ years' experience in residential Property Management
- Robust knowledge of tenancy legislation, compliance and risk management
- Confident managing complex landlord and tenant relationships
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Experience with PropertyTree is highly regarded
- Someone who values teamwork, stability and a sensible work-life balance
