Personal Trainer | Emu Flat

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Emu Flat, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Day to day

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week:



$45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
