Palloys is seeking a highly organised Finishing Administrator to support our jewellery finishing operations on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Finished Jewellery Manager, you will coordinate finishing jobs from CAD/CAM clients and external vendors, ensuring accurate recording and progression through the manufacturing workflow.

You will maintain job records, monitor progress, and communicate with clients and internal teams, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
