Administration/Data Entry Assistant - Malaga

Ausjobz is a WA owned and operated business. We are a preferred recruitment partner with some of WA's and Australia's leading mining, engineering, utilities and industrial services companies.

We currently have a position for an Administration/Data Entry Assistant in Malaga. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (can be flexible) Rate: $43.00 per hour plus super.

The core responsibilities of this role:

- Basic Admin Duties
- Process invoices and support accounts administration activities
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel
- Follow up outstanding actions to ensure daily deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support to operational teams and site personnel

Essential skills/experience:

- Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Coupe
- JDE

Desired skills/experience:

- Experience in industrial/waste or similar industry

- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
