3Bridges Community is seeking a Home Care Worker to support older people in their own homes across Sydney. This permanent part time role offers flexibility and stability, with opportunities to provide personal care, domestic assistance and social support to clients in their homes.

You will build meaningful relationships, monitor wellbeing, and work with the Community Care team to deliver person-centred care. Language skills in Chinese, Greek or Arabic are valued.
