About us
Grange Meat Co. is a family-run butcher, meat processor and wholesale supplier based in Alphington. We supply restaurants, burger chains and food service businesses across Melbourne, as well as our retail store and online customers. We’re growing and need a reliable Meat Packer to join our processing team.
The role
You’ll work in our processing facility, packing meat products and getting wholesale orders out the door accurately and on time. Duties include:
- Packing meat products into vacuum bags, trays and cartons
- Weighing, labelling and date-coding product to spec
- Picking and packing wholesale orders against order sheets
- Keeping cool rooms and packing areas clean and organised
- Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
