Mai-Wel Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Mentor to support parents with children under six across the Upper Hunter region. The role blends case management, coaching and advocacy to help families navigate barriers and progress toward greater independence.

You will work across multiple sites, travel regionally, and develop tailored action plans while reviewing progress and building partnerships with employers and community organisations to create opportunities.
