What You'll Do?

- Lead projects through design, documentation and delivery phases
- Coordinate clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Oversee projects, budgets and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Ensure high-quality architectural outcomes across all project stages
- Contribute to the continued growth of the practice and project portfolio

Ideal Requirements

- 5+ years of post-graduate architectural experience
- Registration as an Architect (or immediate eligibility)




- Demonstrated project leadership capability
- Strong Revit and documentation skills
- Experience working within an Australian architectural practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Healthcare or medical project experience

Highly Regarded

- Experience delivering complex institutional or public projects
- Construction phase involvement
- Strong consultant coordination capability
- Local Perth market experience
