We are recruiting for a Residential Property Manager to join an established real estate agency with a structured Property Management department.

The business is open to Junior, Experienced and Senior Property Managers , with portfolio sizes and salary packages tailored to experience.
The Role

- Portfolio: Approximately 120–200 properties, depending on experience and capability.
- Location: North-West Portfolio to Innaloo, Doubleview, Osborne Park, Scarborough
- Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm).
- Work From Home: 1 day per week.
- No Routine Inspections: Routine inspections, PCRs and final inspections handled by a dedicated inspections team.
- Leasing: Managed by dedicated Leasing Assistants.
- Administration: Offshore administration support provided.
- Systems: PropertyMe, Inspection Express and an internal workflow management platform.
- Salary: Annual salary reviews and quarterly performance bonuses.
- Laptop, mobile phone and AirPods provided.
- Gym membership contribution of approximately $10 per week.

About You Junior Property Managers:

- Previous residential Property Management experience preferred.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and develop.

Experienced / Senior Property Managers:

- Experience managing residential property portfolios.
- Strong landlord and tenant relationship management.
- Experience coordinating maintenance and lease renewals.
- Ability to manage portfolio priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with PropertyMe or Inspection Express advantageous.
