We have a permanent fulltime position available for a highly motivated individual in a dynamic family owned & operated company with over 70 years in the pre-cast concrete industry. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labour and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality product is achieved for our diverse clientele.

What You’ll Do:

Rigging and Slinging: Select appropriate slings, chains, hooks, and shackles, and attach them securely to the load

Communication: Direct the crane or winch operator when the load is out of their line of sight using standard hand signals

Maneuvering & Positioning: Guide suspended loads safely into position as they are lifted, moved, and lowered.

Equipment Inspection:Pre-inspect all lifting gear, cables, ropes, and hooks for wear, flaws, or damage before every operation

Establish and control exclusion zones around the lift area to keep other workers and equipment safe.





What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working in a construction, trade or manufacturing environment.

Forklift experience and licence would be an advantage.

Good spatial awareness, basic numeracy (for load calculations), clear oral communication, and solid teamwork

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good physical fitness and mobility.

A positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Punctuality & reliability

The ability to take initiative & work safely.

$1000 tool bonus at the completion of your probationary period.

Work hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm & Friday 7am-2pm

Mandatory close down period of 2-3 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period.

Travel bonuses for employees outside the Griffith area.

Christmas bonuses for all Fulltime (non-probation) employees
