Our Support at Home Program helps older people live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible. We are expanding our Home Care team and are seeking caring, reliable, and community-minded Home Care Workers to join us in the WhitehorseCity area, and surrounding communities.

About the role

As a Home Care Worker, you will travel between clients homes, providing personal care, social support, community access, domestic assistance and household support that helps maintain a protected, clean, and comfortable living environment.

- Qualification required: Cert III Individual Support, Cert IV Ageing Support, or a Nursing Transcript, demonstrating completion of relevant care units
- Part Time position
- Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per fortnight
- Availability required across 3 (or more) weekdays per week during day time hours
- Travelling between clients homes within Whitehorse City, and surrounding areas
