Key responsibilities

- Operating a forklift safely to move, load and unload pallets of tiles and other stock
- Unloading shipping containers and safely handling stock during container unloads
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and customer vehicles
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch and collection
- Checking incoming stock against delivery paperwork and reporting discrepancies or damaged goods
- Performing stocktakes, maintaining inventory accuracy and replenishing stock locations
- Ensuring tiles and other products are handled, stored and stacked correctly to minimise damage
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and well organised
- Ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and completed correctly
- Following company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements, including secure manual handling practices

About you





- Current and valid car & forklift licence
- Previous warehouse experience is essential, particularly in picking, packing and dispatch
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Physically fit and capable of safely handling heavy products, including items weighing up to 30kg
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high work standards
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for daily warehouse duties
