Education Perfect in Melbourne is seeking two Customer Support Specialists to join the Essential Assessment (EA) team for the 2027 enrolment season. This is a five-week, in office contract, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, based at WeWork near Southern Cross Station in Melbourne CBD.

You will respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, assist with student enrolments and rollovers, and handle invoicing questions. Teaching or school experience is a plus; studying education is welcome.
