We’re looking for someone to bring these qualities to a Sales Coordinator role in Perth, Western Australia. This full time, on-site role coordinates end-to-end delivery across two franchises, Yutong Bus and IVECO Truck.

From order placement through to customer handover, this role’s primary goal is to ensure that every vehicle is delivered in a timely, compliant and professional manner that meets customer expectations.

About us: VDI WAoperate both the Perth IVECO dealership and Yutong Bus Centre WA, providing industry-leading sales, service, and parts support for Yutong Bus and IVECO Truck.

Working closely with Sales, Aftersales, Finance,



suppliers and customers, you’ll be responsible for:

- Manage end-to-end delivery, from order placement to customer handover, such as managing any delays or changes to schedules, vehicle pre-delivery inspections, and complete vehicle registrations.
- Accurate record keeping for orders, vehicles, and customers, raise repair and purchase orders, and raise vehicles invoices.
- Communication with customers and internal teams on milestones or delivery dates, escalates any customer or compliance issues, and problem solve solutions.
