As our next Store Operations Manager, you'll lead a busy wholesale branch, driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and building a secure, high-performing team culture. /n /n

Working Hours
/n /n
- Core shifts run Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM /n /n /n
- One Saturday shift every four weeks, with time in lieu provided the following week /n /n /n Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are delivered in full and on time, leading frontline teams, and identifying opportunities to improve performance, productivity, and customer outcomes.

- Lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring exceptional service and DIFOT (Delivered In Full, On Time) performance /n
- Drive operational, sales, and financial targets while identifying opportunities to improve branch performance /n
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members to build a high-performing, engaged workforce /n
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS, Food Safety, HACCP, and environmental requirements /n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and operational partners to deliver outstanding service /n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes /n /n /n You’re Likely a Match If /n /n
- Proven experience leading operational teams /n
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills /n
- Experience managing budgets, operational performance, and productivity /n
- Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations /n
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills /n
