Customer Service & Admin Big 4 Bank /n Customer Service & Operations Associate | Big 4 Bank Eveleigh, Sydney /n $38.89 per hour + super /n 12-month contract with potential to go permanent /n 50/50 hybrid working after training /n Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to break into banking?Join a growing team within a Big 4 Bank in a role offering a great balance of customer interaction and operational processing.
This is approximately a 50% customer service/calls and 50% processing role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers while also being comfortable managing detailed requests and administration. /n What you'll be doing: /n /n
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls /n
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing updates /n
- Supporting customers via phone and email /n
- Processing banking-related customer requests /n
- Assisting with accounts, corporate cards, merchant services and online banking /n
- Liaising with internal stakeholders /n
- Following up requests and keeping customers informed /n We're looking for:/n /n




- At least 12 months' customer service experience /n
- Contact centre or phone-based experience /n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills /n
- Great attention to detail /n
- Confidence communicating with customers /n
