About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll showcase some of Sydney’s most exclusive coastal properties , providing a first-class experience for clients and tenants alike. Day-to-day, you will:
- Assist Property Managers with leasing tasks
- Conduct open homes, private viewings, and inspections
- Respond to leasing enquiries via phone and email
- Handle ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Process tenancy applications, including reference checks
- Assist with general administration tasks
What We’re Looking For
Previously industry experience is highly regarded, as well as the right attitude and ambition to succeed . We’re after candidates who are skilled,
motivated, and ready to kick-start or elevate their property career. You will need:
- A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Your own car
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Solid administration or customer service experience
