The role brings structure, drives business improvements, and supports growth within our clinic while managing day-to-day operations of a skilled medical centre. You will oversee the reception team, patient appointments, billing, privacy controls and reporting, and collaborate with management on staff development in a GP-owned, community-focused environment.
