- Home Care to lead a growing retirement living group’s Support at Home arm. Based in Sydney, this executive role offers hybrid work, board access, and a chance to shape strategy, governance and performance from day one. You will own the home care P&L;, safety and care quality, oversee clinical governance, budgets, pricing, and contracts while building a high-performing team across villages and remote care partners.
