/n Work Flexibility: Field-based/n /n /n Looking to take your sales career to the next level and break into MedTech? /n We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Territory Manager to join our Surgical Technologies team, working across our Neptune and smoke evacuation portfolio. /n /n These innovative solutions help hospitals manage surgical waste and smoke, creating safer, cleaner operating environments for healthcare professionals and patients. /n Explore Surgical Technologies /n You’ll work alongside an experienced sales team, building relationships across hospitals, developing recent business opportunities and gaining the skills and experience to progress towards a Territory Manager role longer term. What You’ll Do/n /n
- Build relationships with nurses, theatre managers, procurement teams and other key hospital stakeholders /n
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities /n
- Support product demonstrations, trials and customer education /n
- Develop your sales pipeline and contribute to territory growth /n
- Work closely with Territory Managers and the wider Stryker team /n
- Learn how to navigate complex hospital environments and sales cycles /n What We’re Looking For/n We’re looking for someone hungry,



commercially minded and keen to build a career in sales. /n You’ll bring: /n /n
- Sales, recruitment, pharmaceutical, B2B or other relevant commercial experience /n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills /n
- A proactive approach and willingness to seek out opportunities /n
- Curiosity, resilience and a genuine desire to learn /n
- Confidence engaging with different types of stakeholders /n
