You will guide technical delivery from concept to launch, enforce coding standards, and shape best practices across the full development cycle. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in web/app development, 5+ years leading teams, strong C#/.
NET, React experience, and solid SQL Server skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders and manage diverse workflows in a hybrid setting.
