The Role
- Managing leasing enquiries and coordinating open homes
- Processing rental applications and assisting with tenant selection
- Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the leasing process
- Coordinating lease sign-ups and relevant documentation
- Preparing properties for advertising and conducting leasing inspections as required
- Providing a high level of service to clients and prospective tenants
About You
- Previous real estate experience is essential, ideally within leasing
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
- Professional presentation with a strong customer service focus
