About the Role
/n As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for repair. Your role is essential in creating a skilled, welcoming, and seamless experience in a corporate office environment. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Greeting customers at reception /n
- Managing phone and email enquiries /n
- General administrative tasks /n
- Making tea/coffee for customers and visitors /n
- Providing professional updates and follow-ups /n




- Supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations /n /n /n ✅ What We’re Looking For: /n /n
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Reception /n
- Strong admin and accounts background /n
- Experience in the automotive repair industry is a huge plus /n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /n
- High attention to detail and process-oriented /n
- Reliable, with a consistent and professional work ethic /n
- Confident using computers and business software /n
