This one's a bit different: lunch service only, no night shifts. About you: At least 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or senior chef in a similar venue Someone who leads by example and genuinely enjoys building a good team, not just running one Comfortable with the numbers side of things as well as the pans What the role involves: Leading the kitchen team day to day and working closely with Front-of-House Rostering, training,
