About the Role
/n /n Shred-X and Med-X are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development & Tender Coordinator to support business growth, customer retention and sales across both businesses. /n /n This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, coordinating projects and stakeholder management. You’ll play a key role in preparing tenders and proposals, developing sales and marketing materials, and provide administrative support to help progress current business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. /n /n The Role /n Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will coordinate the preparation of tenders, proposal and customer submissions. You’ll also: /n /n
- Write and edit content for sales, marketing and customer communications /n
- Develop presentations, capability statements, case studies and other sales resources /n
- Work with Sales, Operations, Finance and other teams to gather information /n
- Manage tender deadlines, documentation, reviews and submission requirements /n
- Provide administrative support to sales leaders across both businesses /n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents meet brand and quality standards /n




- Assist with planning and coordinating executive leadership events /n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n You’ll ideally bring: /n /n
- Experience in tender writing, proposal coordination, copywriting or a similar role /n
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills /n
- Excellent organisation and time management skills /n
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines /n
- Confident communication and stakeholder coordination skills /n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook /n /n /n Why Join Us? /n /n
