- Previous experience in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality environment;
- Strong customer service and communication skills;
- A confident, friendly and professional approach;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Confidence taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments;
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights; and
- A positive attitude with a robust focus on teamwork and creating a great workplace culture.
