As the Senior Concierge, you will be the face and voice of a premium residential community, delivering an exceptional five-star experience to residents and their guests.

You will provide warm, professional and personalised service while building trusted relationships within the community.
Acting as the first point of contact, you will anticipate resident needs, coordinate requests with efficiency and discretion, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of a luxury residential workplace.

This is a part-time permanent role approx 15 hours per week with a mixture of hours including: 4pm - 7pm weekday shifts, and 9am to 3pm Saturday/Sunday shifts.

This role is based in Fitzroy, with occasional work in Flemington.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, welcoming residents, guests and visitors.
- Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, including move-ins, amenity bookings, deliveries, mail and general requests.
- Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage resident requests efficiently,



escalating issues where required.
- Maintain building records, reports and resident documentation.
- Liaise with the Owners Corporation (OC), contractors and service providers.
- Monitor building access, security and report maintenance issues.
- Manage building management systems and resident platforms.
- Perform Fire Warden duties and support emergency procedures.
- Assist the Senior Facilities Manager with daily building operations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience through proactive service and resident engagement.
