About the Role
/n This is a fast-paced coordination and scheduling role where you will be responsible for planning and managing the workloads of field technicians and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. /n You will act as the central link between clients, technicians, subcontractors and project leaders, helping to keep projects running smoothly from initial scheduling through to completion. /n /n /n Description/n /n /n

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule works for technicians and subcontractors across multiple projects and service activities /n
- Manage changing priorities, urgent requests and scheduling conflicts to minimise disruption /n
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, permits, SWMS and compliance paperwork /n
- Raise purchase orders and manage work orders for suppliers and subcontractors /n
- Coordinate labour, materials and resources to maximise productivity /n




- Monitor work in progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders /n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems /n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiencies /n
- Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional service and support /n /n /n /n Skills And Experiences/n /n /n About You /n To be successful in this role, you will have: /n /n
- Previous experience in work coordination, scheduling, service coordination, maintenance planning or a similar role (essential) /n
- Experience coordinating field-based technicians, tradespeople or subcontractors /n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines /n
- Excellent customer service skills /n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business management systems /n
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capability /n
