Community Options Australia is recruiting Aged Care Assessors for Western Sydney. You will conduct in-home assessments to determine eligibility for supports under My Aged Care, helping older Australians access services to stay independent at home and in the community. You will work autonomously within your region, reporting to the Assessment Team Lead. Flexibility and a compassionate, self-motivated approach are essential.
