Townsville Charcoal Chicken in Garbutt, QLD seeks an experienced Cook to join a rapid-paced kitchen focused on flame-grilled charcoal chicken. You will prepare and cook the menu, monitor heat, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with front-of-house staff to keep orders moving.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cookery experience, a Diploma in Commercial Cookery or higher, strong food safety knowledge, and a team-first mindset.
