Metro Trains Sydney is hiring Customer Journey Coordinators – Stations (CJC-S) to join our Customer Operations team across Southwest stations from Sydenham to Bankstown. The role focuses on delivering safe, courteous passenger experiences and supporting the movement of people on a busy railway network.

You will work rotating 12-hour shifts, including early starts, nights, weekends and holidays in a permanent full time capacity.
