We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead / Senior Developer to develop, integrate, and support critical real-time power system software solutions for the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and integrate enterprise software solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, project managers, and integration teams.
- Support production readiness, deployment, and transition-to-support activities.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for power system applications.
- Manage software builds, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing applications for critical infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills:

- C#, .NET Core, Java, Spring Boot.
- SQL, Oracle,



PostgreSQL, or Databricks.
- REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and Microservices.
- ORM frameworks: Entity Framework, Dapper, or Hibernate.
- Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise applications and software integrations.

Valuable to Have:

- RabbitMQ, JMS, Boomi, MuleSoft, or webMethods.
- Python and PowerShell.
- SCADA, PI, or real-time systems.
- Power systems, electricity markets, or energy-sector experience.
