We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate and motivated Case Navigator to join our team.

In this role, you will work alongside clients on a longer-term basis, supporting them to address the underlying issues that have contributed to or prolonged their homelessness.

Through a person-centred and collaborative approach, you will help clients work towards greater stability and independence through improved housing outcomes, social connection, education, employment, skills development and overall wellbeing.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- A sound understanding of confidentiality, privacy and information-sharing requirements.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Robust documentation skills, including maintaining accurate client records and case notes, and capturing relevant statistical data to support research, needs assessments and service improvement.

Knowledge of, or experience working with, people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness,

along with an understanding of the homelessness services sector, will be highly regarded.

Tertiary qualifications in social services or a related field are desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from people who can demonstrate relevant skills, experience and a genuine commitment to supporting people experiencing disadvantage.

You will need to hold, or be willing to obtain, a satisfactory National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check, as well as hold a current driver's licence.

What we can offer
