KPMG is seeking an experienced Commercial / Corporate Lawyer to join the Office of General Counsel in Melbourne. This in-house generalist role covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, regulatory issues and disputes management.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate contracts, review product offerings, advise on tender documents, and collaborate with internal clients and external counsel.
