Key Responsibilities:

Order Placement:

- Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to understand production requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Place production orders with factories, ensuring accuracy in specifications and timelines.
- Negotiate production terms, lead times, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Production Monitoring:

- Manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with factories to monitor production progress and proactively address any issues.
- Support quality control efforts to ensure all clothing items meet high standards.

Delivery Management:





- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and effective delivery of finished products.
- Identify and resolve potential production or shipping delays, ensuring smooth workflow from factory to warehouse.
- Communicate delivery timelines and updates to relevant stakeholders, including sales and customer service teams.

Shipping Documentation:

- Oversee the receipt and processing of all shipping documentation from factories, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
- Work closely with the logistics team to manage all documentation for shipments.

Factory Payment Register:

- Maintain and update the factory payment register, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Process factory invoices promptly, adhering to payment terms and resolving any discrepancies with the finance team.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in production/ procurement management within the clothing or textile industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a network of supplier contacts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with quality control processes, shipping protocols, and social/technical compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using relevant order management and tracking software.
