Who we’re looking for?

- Previous experiencein property management or at least 2+ years as an assistant property manager.
- Certificate ofRegistration is essential for this role or in the process of obtaining it.
- Strong written andverbal communication skills with a track record of building effectiverelationships with tenants, clients and internal stakeholders
- Appropriate experiencein the industrial, commercial or retail property industry.
- Confident working closely with contractors,facilities teams and internal stakeholders.

The role

As a CommercialProperty Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio across the Perth metropolitan area. This is a hands‑on, head office-based role, workingclosely with a small in office team, with scope over time to grow yourportfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-daymanagement of multi-site industrial and commercial properties across Perth metropolitan area.
- Act as the first pointof contact for tenants.
- Coordinating responsesto leasing, occupancy and property related matters.
- Managing contractorsand all maintenance related matters.
- Manage core propertyadministration functions,



including rent collection, arrears follow-up,budgeting and forecasting support.
