3Bridges Community in Sydney is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor for a 12-month parental leave cover. The role is hybrid, with one day per week at Penshurst. It can be full-time or 0.8 FTE and offers flexibility to work remotely.

You will lead employee relations, provide practical ER advice to leaders, coach managers, and interpret Up-to-date Awards and NES guidance. A collaborative culture and competitive benefits accompany the role.
